This video showcases the secret mission added in the new Diamond UK Casino Online & Resort DLC for GTA Online.

To trigger this mission, you need to drink Macbeth Whiskey from the bar in the UK Casino Online, upon doing so, the player will black out together with randomly spawn elsewhere on the map, ane of those spawns is this secret mission. The mission itself is part of the UK Casino Online work mission chain you can activate by calling Agatha Baker from the phone.

Similar to the After Hours DLC, Rockstar have hidden exclusive content behind the whisky shot, which is perhaps a sign of future content still to come.
